Who We Are


Dr. David J. Wyatt, M.D
Surgeon
Dr. David Wyatt was born in Atlanta, Georgia, to James and Peggy Wyatt. Raised in Arlington, Texas alongside his younger brother—who also practices as a surgeon in Oklahoma—Dr. Wyatt developed a strong foundation rooted in education, discipline, and service. After graduating from Arlington High School, he began his academic journey at Texas Tech University and later completed his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology at the University of Texas at Arlington.

He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery. Shortly after, Dr. Wyatt entered private practice and has since built a respected, patient-focused orthopedic practice serving South Louisiana for more than 20 years.

With over 15 years of experience treating personal injury patients, Dr. Wyatt is highly skilled in developing comprehensive treatment and recovery plans. He has been certified in both state and federal courts as an expert in Orthopedics, Orthopedic Surgery, and Orthopedic Spine Surgery—further underscoring his depth of knowledge and professional credibility.

Dr. Wyatt and his wife, Beth, reside in New Orleans, where they enjoy a blended family of eight children and seven grandchildren. Their favorite way to unwind is spending time at home grilling by the pool with their family. Outside of family life, they love traveling, exploring new restaurants, attending the theater, and cheering on the New Orleans Saints. They are also active supporters of numerous local charitable and philanthropic events, consistently giving back to the community they proudly call home.
Dr. Kenneth Dunway
PA-C
Kenneth Dunaway is a board-certified orthopedic physician assistant with two decades of clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Based in Prairieville, Louisiana, Kenneth brings a diverse medical background and a comprehensive skill set to the orthopedic field, including 15 years of specialized experience treating personal injury patients.
Born in McComb, Mississippi, Kenneth was raised in the rural community of Summit, where values of hard work and integrity shaped his early life. He graduated from North Pike High School before beginning his academic journey at Southwest Mississippi Community College. He later earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and spent ten years as a critical care registered nurse, gaining extensive hands-on experience in high-acuity environments.
Kenneth completed his postgraduate training as a physician assistant at the University of North Dakota in 2003. Since then, he has built a broad clinical foundation through roles in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, and orthopedic personal injury care. His background allows him to approach each patient with a deep understanding of complex medical conditions and a commitment to delivering thorough, effective treatment plans.
Beyond the Clinic
Kenneth and his wife, Stephanie, make their home in Prairieville, Louisiana, where they enjoy a close-knit family life with their two children and one grandchild. Their favorite way to unwind is spending time together at home—sharing conversations, good food, and laughter. Outside of family time, Kenneth enjoys boating, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the LSU Tigers.
